In order to maintain the support provided to its member Unions, Rugby Americas North (RAN) (in conjunction with World Rugby) is looking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced person to fill the role of Regional Training Manager. In line with Rugby Americas North’s and World Rugby’s Strategic Plans, the successful candidate will support the implementation and delivery of World Rugby’s Training and Education programmes within the Region by developing and deploying a suitably qualified regional workforce of Licensed Master Trainers, Trainers and Educators and by delivering a needs-based regional training programme across the five strands of World Rugby’s Training and Education Portfolio.The successful candidate will work towards achieving targets set by Rugby Americas North and World Rugby and will report to both parties.Applicants should send their CV and a covering letter outlining their suitability in relation to the Key Accountabilities and the Person Specification in the Job Description provided to Caitriona.Moran@worldrugby.org by the 1st November 2018.
