Constitution & Governance Structure
Rugby Americas North is one of six regional governing bodies, operating under the authority of World Rugby, overseeing rugby in North America and the Caribbean. RAN is governed by an Executive Committee of seven members. To support its members and initiatives, RAN currently employs five employees: four full-time and one part-time.
Safeguarding
Every member of the rugby community has a right to respect, safety, and protection. This right extends to all, including players, coaches, officials, staff or volunteers. The welfare of all members of the rugby community, particularly children and adults at risk, is of paramount concern.
Handbook
The RAN Handbook contains all of our relevant documents and pertinent information including the Constitution, our policies, procedures, protocols, and processes. We encourage all our Members to have it readily available and to be familiar with it.
